JustLend is a FinTech platform enabling communities to support each other through trusted infrastructure for lending—allowing friends and family to help loved ones, and communities to support local businesses and social projects.
Challenge
JustLend was a London FinTech startup with a noble vision but nothing tangible—no platform, no branding, no designs, not even a company name. They needed to go from pure concept to a complete brand identity and functional platform design that could communicate their community-first lending approach.
Impact
Over two 5-day UX Sprints (10 days total), we transformed JustLend from an idea into a complete entity. We created the company name, full brand identity, color scheme, and tone of voice. We designed the marketing website, the complete lending platform backend, onboarding and landing pages, the lender's platform, and all social media branding. JustLend went from zero to fully-designed in two weeks—and subsequently appeared on Dragons' Den where they secured funding from Steven Bartlett.
