From £5,000/month for the base tier. Higher tiers run two or three workstreams in parallel; exact pricing for those is best confirmed on a call.
You can queue as many requests as you like. We work the top item, ship it, and pull the next. Unlimited in the queue, single-threaded in delivery — that's what keeps turnaround fast and quality high. Higher tiers run more in parallel.
A discrete, scoped task: a screen or flow, a component, a small feature, a fix, or a landing page. A whole product or a major feature isn't a request — that routes to a Follow-on Sprint.
Design requests typically turn around in a couple of business days; development requests take longer because real code takes more than a screen does. You get a turnaround estimate the moment a request reaches the top of the queue.
Yes — pause anytime. If your queue empties or things go quiet, pause and stop paying, then resume when you need us. You never pay for idle time.
