FAQ/The 1-Day Sprint

The 1-Day Sprint

One senior designer or developer, one focused day, fixed price, same-day delivery.

A focused, time-boxed engagement: one full day of dedicated senior design or development work, fixed price, fast turnaround, delivered the same day.

£1,500 for one senior designer or developer for a full eight-hour day, paid 100% upfront to confirm the booking.

Focused work with a clear brief: an icon set, two or three landing page designs, a redesigned onboarding flow, design system components, a clickable prototype, or a small feature built and deployed in an existing codebase.

For focused work with a clear brief, yes — we've delivered full icon sets, landing pages and feature redesigns in a day. If it's genuinely bigger, we'll say so and either daisy-chain days or recommend a sprint.

A 1-Day Sprint is one senior person for one day (about £187.50/hour), while a 5-Day Sprint is two people for five days. A single day carries its own setup and scheduling, so the effective rate is a little higher.

Yes — you can daisy-chain consecutive days. For three or more consecutive days we offer a discount, closer to the 5-Day Sprint rate, discussed case by case.

Existing clients with a focused need, and new prospects who want fast turnaround on a specific deliverable — or a low-risk way to try working with us.

A short booking and brief call (15–30 minutes or async), a full day of focused senior work, same-day delivery of the agreed files or code, and direct access to the person doing the work.

Unlimited revisions after the day, multi-day projects squeezed into one day, exploratory work with no defined deliverable, and heavy project management or documentation.

The day is the day — that's how we keep it affordable. If you need more, book another day. For existing clients we're flexible about small tweaks.

Often within the same week — booked Monday, delivered Thursday. We typically keep two or three days a month free for 1-Day Sprints, and they book up quickly.

Yes — it's the lowest-risk way to experience senior quality and how we work before committing to a full sprint.
